Okay don't shoot me! :) My brother reminded me last week that we need to exchange names among siblings soon so that we can have time to plan, budget and shop for Christmas. So I found this neat site http://www.elfster.com and we are going to give it a try for our name exchange this year. You can post your wish lists on here too along with a website link if applicable. I'll let you know how it works out. If you're interested in trying this for your family or friends, I recommend the tutorial first. It was very informative.
